This tour is special...special because it runs in the most exciting period of year...plenty of hapiness, free time, surprises, open souls!
So, is time to take a break, to feel different this period; to combine the pure pleasure of physical effort with the pleasure of discovering, in an interesting way, on foot, a new area, Bran country! Here you still can cross remote and wild places covered by snow and ice, like in a frozen silence, or small mountain villages with ancient and colorful houses, where the peasants have a simple life, like 50 years ago! |
Of course, you can experience their lives for one, two days being their guests and in this way they will treat you like part of familly! You will eat traditional food, very tasty, achieved through hard work, day by day...you will assist and help to the preparation of various dishes, special cooked for Christmas and New Year Eve...you will be delighted of their traditional songs, plenty of sensitive words like - love, happiness, the joy of giving, simplicity, kindness...for few days you will "taste" the real Romanian life at the country-side!
You can come with your friends or with your family...your children will be delighted...our Santa Claus is so funny, our hommade cokies are delicious, we have lights in our houses but also in our souls!
In the New Year's Eve we'll walk from Zărnești to Piatra Craiului Mică, we'll climb 1000m+ to the highest peak, where we can admire all the fireworks from Bran country and Brașov. We'll have our own fireworks also and we'll sit around the fire up there. Before sunset we'll be back at home, ready for the next day party!
